摘要
接触网绝缘子的污闪问题是铁路运输中多年存在的一大问题,每年必须投入大量的人力、物力、财力对绝缘子进行人工清扫。并且,在进入冬季和春季阴雨天气到来之前,很难完成大面积的绝缘子清扫工作。针对这一现实问题,研发并设计一种新型的铁路绝缘子快速清扫装置。该装置控制系统采用PLC为主控制器,无线遥控器为控制终端,依附于轨道车进行工作。通过PLC控制液压传动系统完成顺序运动,利用电机驱动刷头按规定程序清扫绝缘子,接近开关和光电传感器作为辅助,大大提高装置的自动化程度。经现场试验,效果良好,具有广阔的运用前景。
To solve the flashover of the catenary insulator,a large amount of manpower,material and financial resources are invested to clean insulators every year and it is difficult to complete the laborintensive cleaning before winter and rainy weather of spring. Thus,a quick cleaning device is designed with PLC as the main controller of the system,wireless remote commander as the control terminal and attached to the track car to conduct cleaning. The hydraulic transmission system controlled by PLC and the brush driven by motor to clean the insulator,and the proximity switch and photoelectric sensor as auxiliaries have much improved the automatic cleaning process. The onsite testing proves that the control system is effective with broad application prospects.
