摘要
文章采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法研究了2011-2015年我国31个省份的科技资源配置效率,并分析我国三大地区科技资源配置效率的时间变化趋势,同时通过对面板数据进行建模,探索影响省域科技资源配置效率的因素,主要得到以下结论:(1)31个省份的科技资源配置效率差异明显,区域科技发展不均衡现象依然突出;(2)中部地区的科技资源配置效率有着较大幅度地提升,西部地区呈现波动式下降趋势,三大地区间的差距逐年加大;(3)对外开放因素和产业结构对科技资源配置效率具有显著的正向影响。
In this paper,the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method was used to study the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources in 31 provinces of China from 2011 to 2015. And analyzing the time trend of the alloca- tion efficiency of science and technology resources in the three major regions of China. The main conclusions are as follow- ings. ( 1 ) The efficiency of science and technology resources in 31 provinces of our country is obviously different. And the unbalanced development of science and technology in the region is still outstanding; (2) The allocation efficiency of sci- ence and technology resources has been greatly improved. The western region has shown a downward trend of fluctuation. The gap between the three major regions has been increasing year by year; (3) The factor of opening up and the industrial structure have a significant positive impact on the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources.
