欧美工程伦理研究的三条进路及启示 被引量:5

Three Approaches to the Study of Engineering Ethics in Europe and America and the Enlightenment

摘要 我国工程伦理研究晚于欧美,对欧美工程伦理思想的研究与借鉴具有重要意义。欧美工程伦理呈现出三条进路:工程师职业伦理研究进路;内在主义工程伦理研究进路;宏观视角下的工程伦理研究进路。欧美工程伦理研究进路的演化过程对我国工程伦理的研究与发展具有重要启示:要有效解决工程伦理问题就要进一步扩展研究视野,从只关注工程师个体伦理责任的"个体主义工程伦理"转向研究工程共同体整体伦理责任的"整体主义工程伦理",只有将工程共同体由技术共同体、经济共同体转变为道德共同体,才能创造出善的工程。 The study of engineering ethics in China is later than that in Europe and America,and it is of great significance to the study and reference of engineering ethics in Europe and America. The European and American engineering ethics has three approaches: engineer professional ethics research approach; inherent engineering ethics research approach; engineering ethics research approach in a macroscopic view. The evolutionary process of engineering ethics research in Europe and America has important implications for the research and development of engineering ethics in China: in order to effectively solve the problem of engineering ethics,we should further expand the study,from "individualistic engineering ethics"focusing only on the individual ethical responsibilities of engineers to "holistic engineering ethics"focusing on the overall ethical responsibilities of Engineering communities.Only by transforming the engineering community from the technical community and the economic community into the moral community can we create a good project.
