摘要
为探讨不同光质对苦荞芽生长及品质的影响,明确最适宜的光照条件,选用西荞I号做为试验材料,采用红光(RED)、蓝光(BLUE)、LED、1.5RED/FAR、0.5RED/FAR 5种光质,研究了不同光照条件下苦荞发芽过程中芽生长、黄酮含量及抗氧化活性的变化.结果表明:光照处理(BLUE、0.5RED/FAR)显著影响苦荞芽的生长,芽的鲜重、茎长和茎粗较对照处理(黑暗)分别降低了2.8%~41.3%、7.3%~50.2%、2.0%~25.0%;与对照相比,在第10d,1.5RED/FAR处理提高了苦荞芽对DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除率,分别提高了0.6%和3.9%;光照处理(1.5RED/FAR和0.5RED/FAR)显著增加了苦荞芽的总黄酮和芦丁的含量,与对照相比总黄酮含量分别提高了1.8%和22.8%,芦丁含量分别提高了2.9%、23.9%;光照处理(BLUE、1.5RED/FAR、LED)显著增加了苦荞芽的槲皮素含量,分别提高了52.3%、50.8%、55.3%.
Xiqiao No.1 is selected as the test material.These five kinds of light(RED light,BLUE light,LED light,1.5 RED/FAR and 0.5 RED/FAR)are used to study the changes of bud growth,flavonoids content and antioxidant activity of Buckwheat during germination under different light conditions.The results show that light treatment(BLUE,0.5 RED/FAR)significantly affects the Buckwheat bud growth,shoot fresh weight,stem length and stem diameter.Compared with those from the control(DARK)group,all Buckwheat bud growth,shoot fresh weight,stem length and stem diameter are reduced by 2.8%~41.3%,7.3%~50.2%,2.0%~25.0%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the 1.5 RED/FAR treatment enhances the scavenging rate of DPPH and ABTS radicals by Buckwheat seedlings in the tenth day by 0.6%and 3.9%.Light treatment(1.5 RED/FAR and 0.5 RED/FAR)significantly increases the content of Buckwheat flavonoids and rutin.Compared with the control group,the total flavonoids content increases by 1.8%and 22.8%and the content of rutin increases by 2.9%and 23.9%.Light treatment(BLUE,1.5 RED/FAR,LED)significantly increases the content of quercetin in Buckwheat buds by 52.3%,50.8%and 55.3%.
