摘要 为了研究侧切刃弯曲度与刀刃倾斜距离对弯形旋耕刀切入土壤时的受力影响,以目前所使用的某型号弯形旋耕刀作为分析对象,用SolidWorks软件建立4组不同尺寸参数的旋耕刀模型,根据旋耕刀工作参数计算出旋耕刀工作载荷(F)为428.16N,再导入ANSYS软件中进行有限元分析,分别得到4组不同尺寸的弯形旋耕刀对应静应力变化状况数据.结果表明,在整个应力与位移变化过程中,刀柄与刀刃的结合处为主要受力区域,并逐渐向刀尖方向扩散,当旋耕刀的尺寸为一定范围值时对应力的变化影响不大,整体位移相对变化不明显. In order to study the influence of blade curvature and blade slant distance on the force of bending rotary tillage cutter into the soil,a certain type of curved rotary cutter is used as the analysis object,and four sets of different size parameters of rotary tillage cutter are established by SolidWorks software.The knife model calculates the working load of the rotary tillage cutter according to its working parameters,F=428.16 N,and then the finite element analysis is done by importing the data into the ANSYS software to obtain the corresponding static stress changes of the four rotary tillage cutter of different sizes.The results show that during the whole process of stress and displacement change,the joint between the shank and the blade is the main force area which gradually spreads to the direction of the tool tip.When the size of the rotary tillage cutter is within a certain range of values,the influence of stress on the change is not significant,and also the relative change in the overall displacement is not obvious.
