高固低黏水性羟基丙烯酸树脂的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 单独采用叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(E10P)接枝改性制备高固低黏丙烯酸树脂普遍存在合成转化率不高、树脂性能不足等问题。研究配合叔碳酸乙烯酯(VV10)以提高E10P与共聚体系的相容性,探究了最佳合成工艺及配方组合。研究表明:VV10用量3%,E10P用量为7. 5%时,树脂黏度低,原料转化率高,树脂性能稳定;反应条件为反应温度92℃,滴加3. 5 h,保温3 h,制备的丙烯酸树脂工艺可行;引发剂用量1. 5%,链转移剂用量0. 6%时,单体转化率高,树脂黏度低,气味小,储存稳定性较好,树脂漆膜性能优良。 The synthesis of high solid and low viscoacrylic resin by grafting modified tert-glyceride carbonate (E10P) alone is generally not high and the performance of the resin is not sufficient. In this study,the compatibility of E10P with the copolymerization system was improved by combining tert- vinyl carbonate (VV10) , and the best synthetic technology and formula combination were investigated. The results showed that when the VV10 dosage was 3% and the E10P dosage was 7.5% , the resin viscosity was low, the raw material conversion rate was high, and the resin performunce was stable ; The reaction conditions are 92 ℃ ,3.5 h drops, and 3 h heat insulation. The preparation of acrylic resin is feasible. When the amount of initiator is 1.5% and the amount of chain transfer agent is 0.6% ,the monomer conversion rate is high,the resin viscosity is low,the odor is small,the storage stability is good, and the resin paint film has good performance.
