真实型领导、信任与员工沉默的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 在当今的商业环境下,组织要想提高竞争力,员工的建设性意见是必不可少的。受到传统的"中庸"、"隐忍"等文化的影响,组织中往往存在大量员工沉默行为,这大大削弱了组织竞争力。受积极组织学说的影响,真实型领导成为近年领导力研究的热点,对员工工作态度和行为有显著的影响。研究发现,真实型领导能够通过信任的中介作用有效减少员工沉默行为。 In today's business environment,constructive advice from employees is essential for an organization to improve its competitiveness. Influenced by the traditional culture of "moderation"and "endurance",a large number of employees' silence behaviors often exist in the organization,which greatly weakens the competitiveness of the organization. Influenced by the positive organization theory,real leadership has become the hot spot of leadership research in recent years,which has a significant impact on employees' work attitude and behavior. It is found that authentic leadership can effectively reduce employee silence behavior through the mediation role of trust.
