农村留守老人互助养老行为的决定:意愿还是能力——基于湖北省9县17村的调查数据

Determination of Mutual Aid Behavior of Rural Left-behind Elderly:Willingness or Ability——Based on the Survey Data From 17 Villages of 9 Counties in Hubei Province

以农村留守老人为研究对象,利用2016年在湖北省9县17村实地调查获取的510份数据,基于二分类Logit模型讨论了互助意愿和互助能力对经济互助行为、照料互助行为的影响。结果表明：互助意愿、互助能力是制约互助养老行为发生的关键因素;当互助意愿一定时,经济能力、生活自理能力不断增强,将会进一步促进互助养老行为的发生。因此,要加大互助养老模式宣传力度,扩大养老保险覆盖范围,提高健康培训活动开展频率。

In order to discuss the ettects of mutual aid willingness and mutual aid capacity on mutual economic as- sistance and mutual care assistance on the basis of a binaiT logit model, this article take let1 - behind elderly as subject 510 samples surveyed from 17 villages of 9 counties in Hubei Province in 2016. Results show that the mutual aid will- ingness and mutual aid capacity are the key factors of restricting the mutual aid behavior;when mutual aid willingness is certain, economic ability and self - care ability grows, which will further enhance the likelihood of the mutual aid pen- sion. Theretore, policy recommendations such as increasing advocacy ettorts of the mutual aid pension model, expanding insurance coverage and improving the frequency of health training activities should be proposed.
