环境库兹涅茨曲线（Environment Kuznets Curve,EKC）是将库兹涅茨曲线理论运用到环境领域中,用于阐释经济发展水平和环境质量相互关系的模型。环境问题日益成为我国经济发展动力转型时期的研究焦点。研究发现：国外关于经济发展与环境保护关系的研究成果较为可观,相比较而言国内此类研究起步较晚,国内外学者在研究过程中也产生了关于EKC研究模型设定、指标选取、适用性和解释力的质疑,并且对于EKC研究要从规范研究方法、延伸研究内容、拓展研究范围等方面进一步深入。

The Environmental Kuznets Curve（ EKC） is a model that is used to describe the relationship between economic development level and environmental quality in the environmental field. Environmental problems have increasingly become the focus of research in the transition period of China＇s economic development. This study demonstrates that foreign scholars＇ research on the relationship between economic development and environmental protection is relatively impressive. In recent years,domestic scholars have also started in the research process. But they also have questions on the EKC research model set,index selection,applicability and explanatory power and the research of EKC needs to be explored in research methods,research content and the scope of the study.
