政治关联、媒体关注与企业碳信息披露

Political Connections,Media Coverage and Corporate Carbon Information Disclosure

本文以沪深两市2012-2016年所有的重污染行业上市公司为研究样本,探究企业碳信息披露水平受政治关联的影响程度,并将媒体关注设定为调节变量,研究当媒体赋予上市公司不同的关注程度时,是否能调节政治关联对企业碳信息披露的影响水平。研究结果表明：（1）企业政治关联与其碳信息披露水平呈显着负相关;（2）媒体对企业的关注程度与其碳信息披露水平呈显着正相关;（3）媒体关注程度的提升有助于抑制企业政治关联为其碳信息披露带来的负面影响。

In this paper,all heavily polluting industrial corporate in Shanghai and Shenzhen in the year 2012-2016 have been included to investigate the impact of corporate political connections on the level of corporate carbon information disclosure,and we take media coverage as a regulating variable to study when the degree of media coverage of listed companies is different,whether the political connections of enterprises has an impact on the level of carbon information disclosure. The results show that：（1） The political connection has a significant negative correlation with the level of corporate carbon information disclosure;（2） Media coverage is positively correlated with the level of carbon information disclosure;（3） Increased media coverage helps to curb the negative impact of political connections on corporate carbon information disclosure.
