我国学前教育中的政府责任分析

摘要 学前教育是我国各级教育中的薄弱环节,政府在学前教育中履行其职责,实施有效的监管,能够为学前儿童营造一个公平的环境,是对学前教育健康发展的有力保障。政府应当以改革的精神做好学前教育事业发展规划的调整,并加大财政总投入,推进幼儿园普惠性建设、协调城乡教学资源、建立健全科学的学前教育行政管理体制、积极推动学前教育立法进程、强化师资队伍建设,在有效化解学前教育历史欠账的同时,积极解决新增矛盾,与时俱进满足学前教育发展需求。 Preschool education is weak link of all kinds of education. The implementation of government responsibility and ettective supervision in preschool education, to build a fair and healthy preschool children happy education environment,is a strong guarantee for the healthy development of preschool education. The government should play a good role in the reform of preschool education development, increase total financial investment, promote the construction of kindergartens for inclusive development, coordinate urban and rural teaching resources, establish a sound and scientific preschool education administration system, actively promote the legislative process of preschool education, and strengthen the construction of teachers. While effectively resolve new conflicts and advance with the times to meet solving the problem of preschool education, we must the needs of preschool education development.
