高职生自主管理能力的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Self-governing Ability of Higher Vocational Students

近年来,国家大力发展职业教育,传统的以学校和教师为主体的学生管理方式已经很难适应社会发展的新需求。为全面了解当前高职生自主管理现状,笔者对某高职院校学生进行了问卷调查,详细归纳统计数据结果,深入分析高职生自主管理能力的存在问题,为提升高职生自主管理能力提供了科学依据。

In recent years, the state has vigorously developed vocational education, and the traditional student management mode with schools and teachers as the main body has been difficult to meet the new needs of social development. In order to fully understand the current situation of autonomous management of Higher Vocational students, the author conducts a questionnaire survey on students in a higher vocational colleges, summarizes the statistical data in detail, and deeply analyses the problems existing in the self-governing ability of Higher Vocational students, which provides a scientific basis for improving the self-governing ability of Higher Vocational students.
