福建省老年护理保险需求与供给分析

Analysis on Demand and Supply of Old Age Nursing Insurance in Fujian Province

基于福建省人口老龄化和家庭养老功能弱化的现实,通过问卷调查,了解人们老年护理保险的需求内容及参保意愿,从人口、经济和社会因素等方面分析福建省老年护理保险需求与供给水平,提出先试点将老年护理社会保险与商业保险有机结合,逐步将老年护理保险纳入社会保障体系,以推动福建省老年护理保险事业的健康发展。

Based on the reality of aging population and weak family endowment function in Fujian Province, through questionnaires, the demand and participation willingness in old age nursing insurance is learned, the demand and supply level of old-age nursing insurance in Fujian province is analyzed from the aspects of population, economic and social factors, and it is proposed to integrate social insurance for old age nursing with commercial insurance on a pilot basis and gradually incorporate old age nursing insurance into the social security system, so as to promote the healthy development of the elderly care insurance in Fujian Province.
