“引智激趣,做学教合一”教学模式探究——以“商务礼仪”课程为例

Practical Research on the Teaching Mode of “Attracting Intelligence and Stimulating Interest, Learning and Teaching Together”——Taking Business Etiquette Course as an Example

现代职业教育的目标是培养能够适应岗位需要的高技能综合性人才。将陶行知先生的"做学教合一"理论应用到商贸类专业课程教学中,在教学过程中采用丰富的教学手段和方法,引智激趣,能较好地突出"做中学,做中教"的职业教育特色,以激发学生的学习热情,实现专业课教学与企业岗位需要的零距离对接。在实践运用的基础上,对"引智激趣,做学教合一"教学模式提出了建议。

The objective of modern vocational education is to turn out high-skilled and comprehensive talents who can meet the requirements of the positions. It combines Tao Xingzhi’s theory of"combing practicing, learning and teaching"with the teaching of business courses by using abundant teaching methods and approaches,which can attract students’ wisdom and interest, then highlight the vocational features of"learning by doing,teaching in doing"so as to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and help them better adapt to the characteristics of vocational education and match professional teaching with enterprise posts. On the basis of practical application, this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the teaching mode of"attracting wisdom and stimulating interest, doing learning and teaching together".
