摘要
从高职院校毕业生就业、工作现状等方面,分析了目前高职院校可持续发展型人才培养的现状,归纳出了构成可持续发展能力的九个基本要素并揭示了各要素之间的内在关系,据此,提出了高职院校实施可持续发展型人才培养的举措,并建议对学生的可持续发展能力和高职院校在学生可持续发展能力培养方面进行考评,以加强可持续发展型人才培养工作的执行力度。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the training of sustainable development talents in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of employment and work status of graduates in higher vocational colleges and sums up the nine basic elements of sustainable development capacity and reveals. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the measures to earry out the training of sustainable development talents in higher voeational eolleges, it also suggests that the students' sustainable development ability and the training of students' sustainable development ability in higher vocational colleges are evaluated so as to enhance the implementation of sustain- able development talents training.
