摘要
为探讨"三位一体"实验教学平台在护生临床综合能力培养中的作用,通过选取湖州师范学院2014级护理本科生173人,其中87人为实验组,依托"三位一体"实验教学平台开展实验教学;86人为对照组,采用传统实验教学模式,比较两组学生6门课程的理论和实验成绩,以及实习期间轮转科室对学生临床护理能力的评价.结果显示:实验组学生6门课程的理论和实验成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01);护理临床能力6个评价指标中除技术操作能力外,其余5个指标及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01).由此可见,"三位一体"实验教学平台能有效地提高学生的护理临床综合能力.
To study the impact of the comprehensive nursing practical teaching platform on the clinical abilities of nursing students, 87 nursing students of Huzhou University were recruited in experimental group while 86 in control group. The result shows nursing students in experimental group had higher theoretical and experimental scores ( P 〈0.01). In addition, their abilities of clinical observation, emergency handling, decision making, communication, team cooperation were better ( P 〈0.01). It can be concluded that the comprehensive practical teaching platform can provide a strong guarantee for cultivating comprehensive clinical abilities.
