针刺治疗干燥综合征选穴规律的文献分析

Analysis of the Literature about the Rule of Acupoints Selection for Acupuncture in Treating Sjogren′s Syndrome

目的:运用中医传承辅助平台对文献进行数据挖掘,分析针刺治疗干燥综合征的穴位运用规律及特点。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库,收集针刺治疗干燥综合征的文献,在中医传承辅助平台中录入穴位处方,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,分析针刺治疗干燥综合征的选穴规律。结果:共纳入28篇文献,含31首穴位处方,89个穴位,使用频次较高的穴位依次为三阴交、太溪、廉泉、足三里等,穴位分布频次较高的部位依次是头颈部、下肢部、腰背部等,穴位分布频次较高的经脉依次是膀胱经、任脉、胃经、脾经等,使用频次较高的部位依次是头颈部、下肢部、腰背部等,使用频次较高的经脉依次是膀胱经、任脉、胃经、脾经等,并得出17组腧穴配伍组合及核心处方2首。结论:针刺治疗干燥综合征重视局部取穴,治法以滋阴生津,清热理气为主,结果可为临床选穴提供参考。

Objective： To analyze the rules and features of acupoints selection for acupuncture in the treatmentfor Sjogren忆 s syndrome （SS） by TCMISS. Methods： By searching CNKI, Wanfang and VIP, the papers aboutacupuncture in treating SS were collected, the acupoints prescriptions were typed into TCMISS, the rules ofacupuncture in treating SS were analyzed by the method of data mining. Results： All 28 papers were included,containing 31 acupoints prescriptions and 89 acupoints, the acupoints in higher using frequency were Sanyinjiao（SP6）, Taixi （KI3）, Lianquan （RN23）, Zusanli （ST36） and others, the acupoints in higher frequencies of distributionparts were head and neck, lower limbs, waist and back and others, the meridians with the higher frequencies of theacupoint were bladder meridian, conception vessel, stomach meridian, spleen meridian and others, the parts in higherusing frequencies were head and neck, lower limbs, waist and back and others, the meridians in higher frequencieswere bladder meridian, conception vessel, stomach meridian, spleen meridian and others, 17 groups of acupointcompatibility combinations and two core prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion： Acupuncture in treating SSemphasize local acupoints selection, therapeutic methods are nourishing Yin, promoting body fluid production,heat-clearing Qi-regulating and other, the results could provide the reference for acupoints selection in clinic.
