提升NICU极低出生体重儿母乳喂养率的干预效果

Strategies to improve breastfeeding of very-low-birth-weight preterm infants in NICU

目的探讨提高入住NICU的极低出生体重儿母乳喂养率的策略。方法 2012年12月起逐步建立并实施极低出生体重儿母乳喂养制度、母乳喂养宣教流程和内容、母乳喂养收集储存喂养流程、母亲初乳口腔免疫干预流程、母乳捐赠制度和流程。结果 5年来NICU中极低出生体重儿母乳喂养率逐年上升,分别为49. 9%、50. 5%、59. 8%、73. 7%、84. 0%。结论促进母乳喂养策略的实施可提高NICU极低出生体重儿母乳喂养率,促进极低出生体重儿健康成长。

Objective To improve breastfeeding of very-low-birth-weight（ VLBW） preterm infants in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit（ NICU）. Methods We gradually formulated and implemented breastfeeding protocol for VLBW infants,perfected education process and contents concerning breastfeeding,standardized collection and storage of breast milk,performed oral immuno-therapy,and established breast milk donation rule and process. Results From Dec,2102 to Dec,2017,the breastfeeding rate in VLBW infants was increased year by year,being 49. 9%,50. 5%,59. 8%,73. 7%,and 84. 0% respectively. Conclusion These strategies can improve breastfeeding of VLBW preterm infants in NICU and facilitate the success to recover.
