摘要 目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在喉鳞状细胞癌(LSCC)中的表达及其与LSCC患者预后的关系。方法用计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of science、Cochrane Library、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)等数据库中PCNA与LSCC发病相关的病例对照研究,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果最终纳入文献16篇,患者700例。在LSCC中PCNA的表达与肿瘤的发生、淋巴结转移、组织分化程度、LSCC TNM分期显著相关[优势比(OR)=14.06、6.24、5.68、4.85,95%CI:7.70~25.67、3.65~10.68、3.84~8.39、3.24~7.26,P=0.01、0.01、0.000 01、0.01],与肿瘤部位无相关性(OR=0.67,95%CI:0.33~1.37,P=0.27)。结论 PCNA的表达与LSCC的发生、发展密切相关,可作为判断LSCC患者预后的指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in laryn geal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its relationship with the prognosis of LSCC patients. Methods Published articles of case control studies of PCNA and LSCC were selected from Pubmed,Web of science,Era base, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP databases. RevManS. 3 statistical software was used for data analysis. Results 16 articles were included in the literature,and cumulative cases were 700 cases. Meta analy sis showed that in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, PCNA expression was significantly correlated with tu morigenesis (OR=14.06,95%CI:7.70 25.67,P=0.01),lymph node metastasis(OR=g.24,95%CI:3. G5 10.68,P=0.01),the degree of differentiation(OR=5.68 ,95%CI:3.84 8.39,P=0. 000 01),clinical stage (OR=4.85 ,95%CI:3.24 7.26,P=O. O1).Itwasnotrelatedtotumorsite(OR=0.67,95%CIO. 33 1.37, P=0.27). Conclusion The expression of PCNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of laryn a prognostic indicator for patients with laryngeal squamouscell carcinoma.
