摘要
目的观察心脏形态结构和功能变化,研究心脏形态及功能变化与脑梗死之间的相关性。方法回顾性分析2016年2月~2018年2月间在本院接受治疗的病患共88例,其中49例为脑梗死患者,39例为非脑梗死患者。对两组患者的心功能进行超声心动图测量。检测患者肱动脉收缩压、舒张压及低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平。结果脑梗死患者LA、LVIDd、ESV、LVPWd、AO及EDV均高于非脑梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死组患者IVSd及RVIDd均高于非脑梗死组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑梗死患者SV低于非脑梗死患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在FS、EF方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心脏结构及功能的改变与脑梗死之间可能具有一定的因果关系,并可能是发生脑梗死的众多因素中较具影响力的因素。
Objective To analyze and observe the changes of cardiac morphological structure and function, and to study the correlation between cardiac morphology and functional changes and cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, there were 49 patients with cerebral infarction and 39 patients with non-cerebral infarction. Echocardiographic measurements were performed on cardiac function in two groups of patients. The patients' brachial artery systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and low-density lipoprotein, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride, and total cholesterol levels were measured. Results LA, LVIDd, ESV, LVPWd, AO and EDV in patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in non-cerebral infarction group, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The IVSd and RVIDd in cerebral infarction group were higher than those in non-cerebral infarction group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The SV of patients with cerebral infarction was lower than that of non-cerebral infarction patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in FS and EF between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion There is a possibility of causal relationship between changes of cardiac structure and function and cerebral infarction, and it may be a more influential factor in many factors of cerebral infarction.
