妇科恶性肿瘤化疗的护理体会

Nursing experience of chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumor

目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤化疗的护理体会。方法选择2017年2月～2018年2月在我院肿瘤科行化疗治疗的200例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组:对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用针对性护理干预;比较两组患者的心理状态、治疗依从性及护理满意率、毒副反应发生率、护理质量评分及生活质量。结果观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后治疗依从率及护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恶性呕吐、骨髓抑制、心血管毒性反应、脱发、过敏等毒副反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后护理质量评分、BI指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科恶性肿瘤化疗的针对性护理效果良好,能有效提升患者对化疗的身心适应性,提高化疗耐受性,降低毒副反应发生率,提高护理质量和护理满意率,改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors. Methods 200 patients with gynecologic malignancies who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention. The patient＇s psychological state, treatment compliance and care satisfaction rate, incidence of toxic side effects, nursing quality score and quality of life in two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after nursing, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of toxic side effects such as malignant vomiting, myelosuppression, cardiovascular toxicity, alopecia and allergy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores and BI index in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The targeted nursing effect of chemotherapy for gynecologic malignant tumors is good. It can effectively improve the patient＇s physical and mental adaptability to chemotherapy, improve the tolerance of chemotherapy, reduce the incidence of side effects, improve the quality of care and satisfaction of nursing, and improve the quality of life.
