摘要
针对哈尔乌素露天煤矿卡车运输能力欠缺的问题,基于生产技术、机电设备及安全运营3个方面分析提升卡车运输能力的可行性,得出最佳的卡车运输速度的方案,提升了卡车年运输能力。研究表明,哈尔乌素露天煤矿卡车运输最高限速提升至40km/h时,卡车年运输能力将提升20.07%,满足哈尔乌素露天煤矿运输能力需求;40km/h卡车提速方案符合《中华人民共和国厂矿道路设计规范》(GBJ22-87)要求,在经济、技术及安全方面均可行。
In view of the problem of deficiency truck transportation capacity in Haerwusu opencast coal mine, based on the three aspects of production technology, electromechanical equipment and safety operation, the feasibility of improving the truck transportation capacity is analyzed, and the best truck transportation speed scheme is obtained, which improves the truck annual transportation capacity. The study shows that when the maximum speed limit of track transportation in Haerwusu opencast coal mine is increased to 40km/h, the annual transportation capacity of trucks will increase by 20.07%, meeting the transportation capacity requirements of the Haelwusu opencast coal mine. And, the track speed-up scheme complies with the regulations of Code for Design of Mine Rode of the People's Republic of China Plant (GBJ22-87), and it is feasible in economy, technology and safety.
