中西医结合治疗冠心病伴抑郁30例临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗冠心病伴抑郁的效果。方法:将60例诊断为冠心病伴抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均给予常规冠心病二级预防治疗,对照组加服黛力新,治疗组加服丹芪散和四逆散。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者心绞痛症状积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表及蒙哥马利抑郁量表积分、外周血内皮祖细胞数量方面的差异。结果:治疗3个月后,与对照组相比,治疗组心绞痛症状积分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表及蒙哥马利抑郁量表积分下降更明显,而外周血内皮祖细胞数量上升更高,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:中西医治疗方法结合能提高外周血内皮祖细胞数量,有效缓解冠心病伴抑郁症患者临床症状。 Objective To observe the effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on coronary heart disease with depression. Methods Sixty patient with coronary heart disease were randomly divided intocontrol group and treatment group,The control group was treated with secondary prevention of coronary heart disease and Deanxit,The treatment group was treated with secondary prevention of coronary heart disease and Danqi powder plus Sini powder,Both groups were treated for three months. The scores of Angina symptom score、Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Montgomerie Depression Scale,the number of endothelial progenitor cells were compared. Results After three months of treatment,compared with the control group,The decline of the scores of Angina symptom、Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Montgomerie Depression Scale in treatment group was more obvious,but the rise of the number of EPCs in treatment group was more obvious,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Thecombination of Chinese and western medicinecan improve the number of EPCs and effectively relieve clinical symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease and depression.
