我院2017年中药饮片处方分析

Prescription Analysis of Chinese Herbal Medicine in Our Hospital in 2017

目的:通过对我院中药饮片处方点评,了解用药情况,找出问题,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取2017年1月至12月每月100张,共1200张中药饮片处方,进行回顾性汇总分析。结果:在抽取的1200张处方中,合理处方781张,不合理处方419张,不合格率34. 92%。结论:建立中药饮片处方定期分析点评和质量监督制度,切实落实医师在中医药理论指导下合理用药,保证患者用药经济、安全、有效。

Objective Through reviewing the prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine in our hospital,we can understand the situation of medication and find out the problems,so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods A total of 1200 pieces of Chinese herbal medicine were collected from January to December in 2017,and then making a retrospective summary analysis. Results Among the 1200 prescriptions,781 prescriptions were reasonable,419 unreasonable prescriptions,and the unqualified rate was 34. 92%. Conclusion To establish the periodic review and quality quality supervision system for the prescription of Chinese herbal medicine,and to effectively implement the rational use of medicine under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine to ensure the economy,safety and effectiveness of the patients.
