摘要
随着市场竞争的日益加剧,良好的用户体验已成为产品成功的重要标志。针对用户在产品使用过程中的体验行为,提出了一种基于用户体验行为的产品创新设计激励方法。通过民族志方法记录和分析用户在产品使用过程中的体验行为,挖掘用户无意识下的潜在需求,并针对用户体验行为采用行为替换、行为去除和行为引入等激励策略进行产品设计,以期获得具有更佳用户体验的使用行为方式,由此促使产品功能和结构的演进和进一步完善,获得满足用户需求的创新产品。基于该方法建立了相应的创新设计过程模型,并以轮椅为例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
With the intensifying of market competition,a favorable user experience became the primary sign of the success of one product.Aiming at the user experience behavior at the using process of the product ,a method for product innovation design based on incentive of the user experience behavior was proposed .Unconscious and potential demands of users was excavated with records and analyses of the user experience behavior which was achieved by ethnography technology,besides,to achieve the behavior style which would bring a better user experience,some incentive strategies, like behavior changing,behavior removing and behavior introducing ,was implemented in the process of product design,meanwhile,this could prompt the evolution and improvement of the functions and structures of the product ,then the innovation product which could meet the needs of customers was obtained.The innovation design process model was established,besides,an example of the wheelchair was carried out to prove the feasibility and validity of this method.
