摘要
对烧结钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁材料进行了常压浇注与高压喷液两种供液方式下的电火花线切割加工对比试验。试验研究发现,在大峰值电流、小脉间和高速运丝的条件下,选择合适的喷液压力和脉冲宽度,可调节气化与蒸发、熔化再凝固、整体颗粒脱落以及微破碎等四种蚀除方式所占的比例,有效增加极间的工作液进入量和流速,提高电蚀粒子和气泡等电蚀产物的排出,较常压浇注方式切割效率提高35.46%,丝损降低18.75%。
The comparative test of WEDM of NdFeB materials was carried out,by means of two kinds of liquid supply methods, atmospheric pressure pouring and high pressure spraying. The study found that in the peak current, small pulse and high speed wire transport situation, choose appropriate spray pressure and pulse width adjustable, gasification and evaporation, melting and solidification, the whole particle shedding and the proportion of four kinds of micro fracture erosion mode of. This effectively increases the amount of working fluid entry and flow rate, and increases the discharge of electric erosion particles and bubbles. Compared with the normal pressure pouring mode, the cutting efficiency is increased by 35.46% and the wire loss is reduced by about 18.75%.
