面套与假人的摩擦系数对座椅防挥鞭性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 根据C-NCAP2018构建了某汽车驾驶座椅的鞭打有限元模型,并通过实验验证了其准确性。使用DOE分析方法,对面套与假人的摩擦系数对座椅防挥鞭性的影响进行了研究。将面套与假人头部和躯干的摩擦系数作为两个研究因素,每个因素在工程范围内,即(0.3~0.5),等间距取5个水平,通过包含25组实验的全因子正交实验进行研究。研究表明在工程范围内,减小摩擦系数,尤其是骨架面套与假人躯干的摩擦系数,能有效减小颈部伤害,可将鞭打总得分提高33.9%,同时为座椅的优化设计提供了理论依据。 Whiplash FEA model was build based on C-NCAP2018. After correlated to test, the influence of friction coefficient between trimming and dummy on whiplash was studied with DOE. Friction coefficient between dummy body/ head and trimm-ing were set as two factors. Orthogonal experiment was done with 25 tests as each factor has 5 levels from 0.3 to 0.5.This study shows the lower friction coefficient, especially the friction coefficient between dummy body and trimming, the better perform-ance in neck injuries. The score can be improved by 33.9%.This study also provides some theory basics for seat optimization.
