高职院校图书馆分众化信息服务探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of the Demassification of Information Services in the Library of Vocational Colleges

引入分众化概念,根据高职院校用户利用信息资源特征,将图书馆用户细分成4个用户群体,比较4个用户群体信息行为的不同,分析其信息需求特点。以浙江纺织服装职业技术学院图书馆为例,根据不同用户群信息需求特点,结合多年信息服务工作经验,探索开展个性化、有针对性、积极、主动、及时的信息服务。

This paper introduces the concept of demassification. According to the characteristics of users＇ information resource application in vocational colleges, the library users are divided into four groups. The paper compares the information behavior differences of the four user groups and analyzes their information demand characteristics. Taking the library of Zhejiang Fashion Institute of Technology as an example, according to the characteristics of information needs of different user groups and combining with years of information service experience, the paper explores the personalized, targeted, positive, active and timely information services.
