壳聚糖抗大鼠皮肤衰老作用的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨壳聚糖对大鼠皮肤的抗衰老功效。方法:在受试大鼠背部分别涂抹壳聚糖(实验组)、维生素E(阳性对照)、生理盐水(阴性对照),每天一次。30天后检测大鼠皮肤组织匀浆中羟脯氨酸含量,并在光学显微镜下观察各组皮肤组织形态学差异。结果:壳聚糖组大鼠皮肤的羟脯氨酸含量显著高于维生素E组及生理盐水组(P <0. 05);组织形态学观察表明壳聚糖组大鼠皮肤表皮角化层变薄,真皮层变厚,胶原纤维致密,腺管扩张,分泌旺盛。结论:壳聚糖能够改善大鼠皮肤衰老状态,具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。 [Objective] To observe the skin anti-aging effect of chitosan on rat skin. [Method] Chitosan (experimental group), vitamin E(positive control), and normal saline (negative control) were applied to the back of the test rats, oncea day, and the hydroxyproline content in the skin tissue homogenate was measured30 days later. Morphological differences in skin tissue of each group were observed under an optical microscope. [Result] Histomorphological observation showedthat the epidermal keratinized layer of the rats in the chitosan group became thinner, the dermis layer became thicker, the collagen fibers were dense, the ducts were dilated, and the secretion was vigorous. [Conclusion] It proves that chitosan could retard rat skin aging.
