摘要
高等职业教育质量始终是教育主管部门主抓的重点,也是社会关注的热点。在从规模扩张到内涵建设的过程中,政府主导的质量建设在探索中前行,大致可以分为萌芽、稳定、调整三个阶段。在当前院校实践中,还存在认识上的偏差、概念上的模糊、实践中的迷茫等问题。要从内涵上解决质量是什么、从主体上解决谁来评质量、从方法上解决如何评质量等三大问题,这是质量建设的基础性工作。
The quality of higher vocational education has always been the main focus of education departments,but also a hot spot of social concern. In the process from scale expansion to connotation construction, the governmentled quality construction can be divided into three stages: germination, stability and adjustment. There are till some problems in the practice of colleges and universities, such as the deviation of cognition, the ambiguity f concept, the difficulty of practice of quality management and so on. On the basis of combing the past practice,quality construction aims to solve the problems of what quality is, who evaluates quality from subject and how to valuate quality from method.
