摘要 以中职教师为研究对象,从教师主体角度出发,采用中职教师专业发展需求调查问卷以及访谈法,对江苏省六所中等职业学校的教师进行调查,着重探讨了中职教师的专业发展需求。调查显示,中职教师专业发展需求是一个分层次、多角度的发展需求,它主要包含发展内容、方式、环境、时间及地点等方面的多维需求。江苏省中职教师整体在实践知识、专业操作技能、继续教育培训、自我学习时间空间、不脱产网络培训、专门技能培训机构等方面有相对较高的发展需求,在内容需求上更注重实用性,在方式需求上更注重实践性,在时间需求上更注重便利性,在地点需求上更注重针对性,在环境需求上更注重支持性。在对中职教师专业发展需求分析的基础上,从个体(参与者角色)、学校(提供者角色)、政府(协调者角色)三个方面提出促进中职教师专业发展的策略。 Taking secondary vocational teachers as object of study, this study investigates the secondary vocational school teachers’professional development needs by means of questionnaire and interview. Focusing on the professional development needs of secondary vocational school teachers, teachers of six secondary vocational schools in Jiangsu province as the research object were investigated. The survey shows the demand for professional development of secondary vocational school teachers is multi-angled and contains multiple administrative levels.It includes needs of content, way, environment, time and place. The teachers of secondary vocational schools in Xuzhou have relatively high demand for practical knowledge, professional operational skills, continuing education and training, self-study time and space, non-off-site network training, specialized skills training institutions,etc. In terms of content requirements, it pays more attention to practicability. In terms of mode requirements, it pays more attention to practicality. In terms of time requirements, it pays more attention to convenience. In terms of place requirements, it pays more attention to pertinence. In terms of environmental requirement, it pays more attention to supportability. On the basis of analyzing the needs of professional development of secondary vocational school teachers, strategies to promote teachers’professional development were put forward from the aspects of individual, schools and government.
