“后方法”视角下本科与职业院校英语教师互动发展模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 回顾了"后方法"视角下的英语教师互动发展理论和实践,基于"后方法"宏观策略框架,构建了本科与职业院校英语教师互动发展模式,指出该模式由互动发展对象、环境、过程和目标四个要素组成,具有教师专业发展实践情境化、行动自主化、过程一体化的特征,主张高校和中高职校英语教师基于中国英语教学社会环境,深入对方教学情境,搭建互动合作平台,构建合作共同体,共同实践并构建相关教学理论,实现共同自主专业发展。 Based on the review of theories and practices of English teachers’interactive professional development from the“post-method”perspective, an interactive model for undergraduate and vocational college English teachers’professional development is proposed under the“post-method”macro strategic framework. This model is composed of four elements, namely the objects, environment, process and objectives and has the“post-method” characteristics including the contextualization of development practices, autonomization of development activities and integration of development process. Within this model, English teachers from undergraduate and vocational colleges work together to establish co-learning community and interactive development platform to practice and construct relevant teaching theories by situating in China’s social context for English teaching and each other’s specific teaching setting, thus achieving their respective professional development.
