破解高职校企产教融合之困:专业集群建设

Solving the Dilemma of School-enterprise Integration of Production and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges: Professional Cluster Construction

长期以来,我国人才供需"两张皮"的矛盾较为突出,校企人才供需矛盾依然存在。要破解校企产教融合的瓶颈,需要重视并加强专业集群建设,着重从五个方面入手进行破解:树立职业教育区域错位发展理念,实施对接产业集群的校际专业集群建设,积极构建适应产业需求对接产业结构的专业设置,建设符合产业技能要求的专业课程资源,建设适应产业集群需求的职业教育师资资源。

For a long time, the ＂two skins＂ contradiction in China＇s talents supply and demand is prominent, and there is the contra- diction of school-enterprise talents supply and demand. To break the bottleneck of the school-enterprise integration of production and education, we need to pay attention to and strengthen the professional cluster construction, focusing on the five aspects： estab- lishing the concept of regional dislocation development of vocational education, implementing the school professional cluster con- struction docking with industrial cluster, actively constructing the professional setting adapting to industrial demand and docking with industrial structure, constructing professional cm-ficulum resources in line with industry skills requirements, and constructing vocational education teachers resources to meet the needs of industrial clusters.
