高职康复设备制造与维修人才现代学徒制培养模式探索

Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode for Talents of Rehabilitation Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance in Higher Vocational Colleges

根据区域经济社会发展康复设备研发与制造相关行业企业岗位用人需求,依托广东省和教育部现代学徒制试点项目,在机电一体化技术专业开设康复设备制造与维修方向,开展现代学徒制人才培养。学校与现代学徒制合作企业在机制建设、人才培养、师资队伍建设及管理模式等方面进行了积极的探索和实践,形成校企联合开展现代学徒制人才培养工作的长效机制。

In accordance with the regional economic and social development and the employment needs of related industry and enter- prises in the development and manufacturing of rehabilitation equipment, relying on the pilot projects of modem apprenticeship sys- tem in Guangdong province and the Ministry of Education, the direction of rehabilitation equipment manufacturing and maintenance is set up in the mechatronics technology specialty and the training of modem apprenticeship talents is carried out. The school and the modem apprenticeship cooperative enterprise have camed on active exploration and practice in the aspects of mechanism construc- tion, talents training, teacher team construction and management mode, and form a long-term mechanism of school-enterprise joint development of modem apprenticeship talents training.
