浅析职业教育“现代学徒制”的教育教学运行管理

On the Operation Management of Education and Teaching of "Modern Apprenticeship System" in Vocational Education

"现代学徒制"具有弹性教学及教学计划安排、多变的教学内容和教学手段、全程生产型实训教学、课程教学评价多样性和个性化及线上线下混合教学实施等特点,这就要求"现代学徒制"要建立由企业主导的教学运行计划,基于人才技能成长的课程结构,校企合作实施的课程教学标准,校企定期协商的管理机制。在教学运行管理中,要建立服务于企业生产运行规律的教学制度体系,建立共建共管共享的教学运行管理方式,建立教学管理和教学层面的定期议事机制,建立基于学徒制人才培养模式的企业补偿机制,建立基于合作企业用工需求的权利运行机制。"现代学徒制"质量评价的关键指标有:校企协同育人实施方案、校企招生招工一体化方案、各阶段的质量标准、双方人员互聘运行体系和运行制度体系。

＂Modern apprenticeship system＂ has the characteristics of flexible teaching and teaching planning, changeable teaching content and teaching methods, full-rauge production practice training teaching, curriculum teaching evaluation diversity and individ- ualization, and online and offline blended teaching implementation. This requires the ＂modern apprenticeship system＂ to establish a teaching operation plan led by the enterprise, a curriculum structure based on the ~owth of talent skills, a curriculum teaching stan- dard implemented by the school- enterprise cooperation, and a management mechanism of regular consultation between the school and enterprise. In the course of teaching operation management, we need to establish a teaching system that serves the rules of pro- duction and operation of enterprises, a teaching operation management system of joint building, management and sharing, a regular deliberation mechanism at the teaching management and teaching levels, an enterprise compensation mechanism based on the mode of talents training for apprentices and a mechanism for the operation of rights based on the employment needs of cooperative enter- prises. The key indicators of the quality evaluation of ＂modern apprenticeship system＂ are the implementation plan of school-enter- prises cooperative education, the integration plan of school and enterprise enrollment and recruitment, the quality standards of each stage, the operation system of mutual employment of the two parties, and the operating system.
