Interpretation of Australian Business Service Training Package——Taking Business Management Qualification Certificate as an Example

培训包是澳大利亚国家培训框架下职业教育与培训的指南与标准,具有全国统一性和行业地区灵活性。以商务管理资格证为例,解读商务服务培训包的资格证书、能力单元、评估要求,针对高职商科类专业建设尤其是新商科人才培养提出了相关建议,即建立行业驱动的专业建设标准体系、课程设置模块化、课程结构实现专业间的互通、课程考核要求标准化。

The training package is the guide and standard of vocational education and training under the Australian national training framework, which has national unity and industrial and regional flexibility. Taking Business Management Qualification Certificate as an example, the qualification certificate, units of competency and assessment requirements of business service training package are explained. Some related suggestions are put forward for the construction of higher vocational business specialty, especially the talents training of new business. The suggestions are： establishing standard system of specialty construction driven by industry; mod- ularized curriculum setting; realizing intercommunication between specialties in curriculum structure; and standardized curriculum assessment.
