摘要
同辈辅导是由当代高等教育心理学在实践过程中衍生而出的,它借助相同年龄或意识形态接近的双方在一定问题上提供帮助,以达到互为促进、共同提升的目的。为了解同辈辅导在高职教育中的适应性问题,首先介绍同辈辅导的内涵与意义,对同辈辅导员的角色定位进行界定;同时强调为做好同辈辅导工作,需要从辅导员选拔任用、培训提升、督导支持等方面给予重视;最后对同辈辅导的具体实施方案展开阐述。高职院校应充分发挥同辈辅导理念在学生人格养成中的作用,为创新学生管理模式提供借鉴。
Peer counseling is derived from the practice of contemporaxy higher education psychology. It provides assistance on cer- tain issues by means of the same age or ideology approaching to achieve mutual promotion and common improvement. In order to understand the adaptability of peer counseling in higher vocational education, the connotation and significance of peer counseling is firstly introduced, and then the role orientation of peer counselors is defined. At the same time, it is emphasized that in order to do well peer counseling, we need to attach importance to the selection and appointment of counselors, training promotion, and supervi- sion and support, etc. Finally, the specific implementation plan of peer counseling is elaborated. Higher vocational colleges should give full play to the role of peer counseling in the development of students" personality and provide reference for the innovation of student management mode.
