摘要
以婺源有机茶园春茶和夏秋茶鲜叶为原料,以春茶为对照样本,检测比较春夏秋三种品类茶叶制成的干茶样、超微茶粉及片剂在内含成分及成品茶样的变化。结果显示:夏秋茶鲜叶原料制成超微茶粉及片剂后,其内含成分中的茶多酚及水浸出物均有所上升,其成品茶样的感官品质更佳。建议采用夏秋茶为原料制作超微茶粉及片剂。
This paper takes the organic Wuyuan spring tea and summer-and-fall tea as the raw materials and the spring tea as the check sample to test the dry-tea samples, super-comminuted tea powder and tablets to explore the change in containing ingredients and finished tea samples. Results show that the super-comminuted tea powder and tablets made from fresh summer-and-fall tea leaves can contain more TP and water extracts, which makes the finished tea samples look better. This paper suggests that the summer-and-fall tea should be taken as the raw materials to make super-comminuted tea powder and tablets.
