摘要
为培养"匠人"的茶行业技能型人才,突破茶叶消费区—茶叶产区的"区域限制",广东科贸职业学院茶艺与茶叶鉴评营销专业构建了多元化、多层次、综合性的实践教学平台,创新了以培养发展型、创新型、复合型技术技能人才为核心的专业课程实践教学方式,提升了学生的实践能力。
In order to cultivate the ＂craftsman＂ talents of tea industry and break through the ＂reginal limitation＂ of tea consumption area and tea producing area, Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Trade has constructed a diversified, multi-level, and comprehensive practical teaching platform for tea art and marketing program, and innovated the practical teaching methods based on cultivating developmental, innovative and versatile talents, which promoted students＇ practical ability
