摘要
灵活性是职业教育"立交桥"的灵魂。它体现了教育的价值诉求,符合教育发展的内在规律。然而,实践探索中对于灵活性的过度解读导致了利益诉求院校化与个人化、标准的失落与资质认证的缺失、大规模扩张与同质化培养的异化现象,潜藏着衍生教育公平危机和教育效益损耗的危机。职业教育"立交桥"灵活性的重构要求回归公共价值旨归以保持适度规模发展,统一考核标准并强化入口处的资质认证,根据生源异质特征探索分层分类培养,严格学习结果评价并统一学历文凭证书。
Flexibility is the key of the "flyover" for vocational education. It embodies the value appeal of education and conforms to the internal law of education development. However, the over-interpretation of flexibility in practical exploration leads to the institutionalization and personalization of interest demands, the loss of standards and qualification, the alienation of large-scale expansion and homogenization cultivation, and the crisis of education fairness and education benefit loss. The reconstruction of the flexibility of the "flyover" for vocational education requires the return to the public value objective to maintain moderate-scale development, unifying the assessment standards and strengthening the qualification at the entrance, exploring stratified and classified cultivation according to the heterogeneous characteristics of the source of students, strictly evaluating the learning results and unifying the academic diplomas.
