摘要
针对传统铝模设计过程周期长,缺乏系统整合验证,产品设计质量难以控制问题,采用基于UG参数化设计方法建立铝模模板库,结合虚拟装配快速验证设计效果,实现了铝模结构的模板化设计。通过狗牙结构的设计与实际应用,验证模板化设计技术可简化设计过程,提高设计效率,加强模板设计的标准化程度。
The study attempts to solve the problems of long period in the traditional aluminum template design and manufacture, lack of system integration and verification, and the product quality being difficult to control. Based on UG parametric design method, the aluminum template library is established, and the design result can be verified quickly by virtual device. Therefore, the parametric design method based on UG can promote the efficiency of the aluminum template library design.
