综合护理干预对糖尿病患者围手术期的效果和对抑郁情绪影响观察

Observation on Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Effect of Diabetes Patients during the Perioperative Period and Depression Emotions

目的探究综合护理干预对糖尿病患者围手术期的效果和对抑郁情绪影响。方法选取2017年4月—2018年6月该院收治的糖尿病患者86例为观察对象,将其分为两组各43例,参照组采用基础护理,研究组采用综合护理。比较探究参照组和研究组的血糖指标和SDS评分。结果护理后,研究组的2 h PG和FPG均低于参照组。研究组的SDS评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于糖尿病患者围手术期中,可以有效控制血糖值,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the effect of diabetes patients during the perioperative period and depression emotions. Methods 86 cases of patients with diabetes admitted and treated in our hos- pital from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group used the basic nursing, while the research group used the comprehensive nursing, and the blood glucose indicators and SDS scores were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the 2 hPG and FPG in the research group were lower than those in the control group, after nursing, the SDS score in the research group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the diabetes patients during the perioperative period can effectively control the blood glucose value, and it is worth clinical promotion.
