人性化护理在糖尿病患者静脉采血中的应用效果

Application Effect of Humanistic Nursing in the Venous Blood Collection of Diabetes Patients

目的探讨人性化护理在糖尿病患者静脉采血中的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2018年7月在该院进行静脉采血的糖尿病患者226例,随机分为2组,各113例,观察组给予人性化护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果观察组不良反应发生率为9.7%,患者满意度为96.4%,对照组不良反应发生率为24.8%,患者满意度为82.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者静脉采血过程中实施人性化护理,可有效减少不良反应发生,提高患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing in the venous blood collection of diabetes patients. Methods 226 cases of diabetes patients for intravenous blood collection in our department from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 113 cases in each, the obsmwation group were given the humanistic nursing, while the control group were given the routine nursing. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions and the satisfactotT degree in the observation group and the control group were respectively 9.7%, 96.4% and 24.8%, 82.3%, and the differences between the two groups were obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humanistic nursing in the intravenous blood collection of diabetes patients can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaetory degree.
