老年糖尿病患者社区护理干预的效果研究

Study on Effect of Community Nursing Intervention of Senile Patients with Diabetes

目的对老年糖尿病患者中开展社区护理干预的效果进行探讨。方法选择该社区门诊2017年6月—2018年5月老年糖尿病患者100例,依据患者实际情况开展社区护理干预,同时开展跟踪管理,统计并对比干预前后患者相关指标。结果干预后患者FBG、2 hPG、体重指数、舒张压、收缩压均显著降低(P<0.05)。干预后患者合理饮食率、遵医行为率、定期运动率、生活规律率、定期复查率、自我观察病情率均显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论针对老年糖尿病患者开展针对性社区护理干预,能够有效提升血糖控制水平,改善患者生存质量,具有较高推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of community nursing intervention of senile patients with diabetes. Methods 100 cases of senile patients with diabetes in the community clinic from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected and were given the community nursing intervention according to the practical conditions, and the tracing management was developed, and the related indicators before and after intervention were counted and compared. Results After intervention, the FBG, 2 hPG, BMI, diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of patients obviously decreased（P〈0.05）, after intervention, the rational dieting rate, compliance rate, regular exercise rate, regular life rate, regular reexamination rate and self-observation rate after intervention were obviously higher than those before intervention （P〈0.05）, after intervention, the PF, RP, BP, GH, VT, SF, RE, MH scores were obviously higher than those before intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The development of targeted community nursing intervention in senile patients with diabetes can effectively improve the blood glucose control level, and improve the survival quality of patients, and it is of higher promotion value.
