食管癌合并糖尿病应用早期营养支持的观察及血糖水平研究

Observation of Early Nutritional Support and Blood Glucose Level in Esophageal Cancer with Diabetes

目的探讨食管癌合并糖尿病应用早期营养支持的效果及血糖水平。方法收集该院2017年9月—2018年1月收治的50例食管癌合并糖尿病患者。按照治疗分组,对照组予以术后1周营养支持治疗,观察组则予以术后1 d营养支持。比较两组临床疗效;营养好转的时间、血糖控制良好时间;治疗前后患者营养的指标、血糖水平;不良反应。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组营养好转的时间、血糖控制良好时间优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组营养的指标、血糖水平并差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组营养的指标、血糖水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应更少(P<0.05)。结论术后1 d营养支持食管癌合并糖尿病的临床疗效确切,可更好改善营养的指标、血糖水平,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of early nutritional support and blood glucose level in esophageal cancer with diabetes. Methods Fifty patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes mellitus from September 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the hospital. According to the treatment methods, the control group received nutritional support treatment 1 week after operation, and the observation group received nutritional support 1 day after operation. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared; the time of improvement of nutrition, the time of good blood glucose control; the index of nutrition of patients before and after treatment, blood glucose level; adverse reactions were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The time of improving the nutrition and the good control of blood glucose in the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the nutrition index and blood glucose level of the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）; after treatment, the nutritional index and blood glucose level of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. There were fewer adverse reactions in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of nutritional support for esophageal cancer with diabetes is 1 day after surgery, which can improve the nutritional indicators and blood glucose levels. It is worthy of popularization and application.
