瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素使用对老年2型糖尿病治疗效果及预后观察

Therapeutic Effect and Prognosis of Repaglinide Combined with Insulin Glargine in Elderly Type 2 Diabetes

目的分析老年2型糖尿病患者采用瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗的效果与预后情况。方法选择该院2016年6月—2018年6月诊治的70例2型糖尿病老年患者,随机分成两组,对照组使用甘精胰岛素治疗,研究组接受瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗,比较两组治疗疗效。结果研究组治疗后FPG(6.12±1.97)mmol/L、HbAlc(6.16±0.59)%、2 hPG(7.32±1.53)mmol/L,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胰岛素日用量(19.21±6.03)U、血糖达标时间(6.84±1.02)d,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈对老年2型糖尿病患者的疗效确切,可明显降低其血糖水平,减少胰岛素每日使用剂量,且药效起效迅速。

Objective To analyze the effect and prognosis of repaglinide combined with insulin glargine in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Seventy elderly patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with insulin glargine. The study group received repaglinide combined with insulin glargine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the FPG （6.12±1.97）mmol/L, HbAlc（6.16±0.59）%, and 2 hPG （7.32±1.53）mmol/L were lower in the study group,the different was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,than in the control group of （19.21±6.03）U, blood glucose compliance time（6.84±1.02）d, better than the control group,the different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in elderly patients, which can significantly reduce their blood glucose levels, reduce the daily dose of insulin, with rapid onset of efficacy.
