预见性护理对糖尿病患者采血晕厥发生的效果

Effect of Predictive Nursing on the Occurrence of Bloody Syncope in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨预见性护理对糖尿病患者采血晕厥发生的效果。方法选取2017年7月—2018年7月间在该院进行静脉采血的糖尿病患者350例,随机分为2组,各175例,观察组给予预见性护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较效果。结果观察组患者采血晕厥发生率为3.4%,患者满意度为98.3%,明显优于对照组9.7%、83.4%(P<0.05),两组采血后FPG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行预见性护理,可有效降低采血时晕厥的发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on the occurrence of bloody syncope in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 350 patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent venous blood sampling from July 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups： 175 patients in each group. The observation group received pre-existing care and the control group received routine care. Results The incidence of blood sampling syncope in the observation group was 3.4%, and the patient satisfaction was 98.3%, which was significantly better than the control group of 9.7% and 83.4%（P〈0.05）. There was no difference in FPG after blood collection between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Predictive care for diabetic patients can effectively reduce the incidence of syncope during blood collection and improve patient satisfaction.
