肛周脓肿合并糖尿病应用胰岛素泵治疗效果探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Insulin Pump in Perianal Abscess Complicated with Diabetes

目的肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者采取胰岛素泵治疗的效果。方法选择该院2015年6月—2018年2月纳入的82例肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者,按照入院顺序分为两组,各41例,研究组与内分泌科合作采取胰岛素泵强化治疗,对照组采取常规治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果研究组总有效率92.68%高于对照组80.49%(P<0.05);研究组的创面愈合及渗液消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组空腹血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组空腹血糖低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者采取胰岛素泵治疗效果明显,有效控制血糖,缩短创面愈合时间,快速缓解相关症状,促进病情快速稳定。

Objective To treat insulin in patients with perianal abscess and diabetes. Methods 82 patients with perianal abscess and diabetes mellitus were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2018. According to the order of admission, 41 patients in each group were enrolled. The study group and the endocrinology team cooperated with insulin pump intensive treatment. The control group adopted conventional treatment, comparing the two groups of treatment results. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.68% higher than that of the control group （80.49%）（P〈0.05）. The wound healing and exudation disappearance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose levels between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）, the fasting blood glucose of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with perianal abscess and diabetes have obvious effects on insulin pump, which can effectively control blood glucose, shorten wound healing time, quickly relieve related symptoms and promote rapid and stable disease.
