摘要
在中国倡导的"一带一路"建设中,郑州-卢森堡"空中丝绸之路"建设进展顺利,货运量持续高速增长,在欧洲航空货运市场形成了影响较大的"郑州价格",丰富了"一带一路"建设内容,赢得了全球的高度关注。按照中国国家民用航空局与河南省政府的相关规划,到2020年,郑州-卢森堡"空中丝绸之路"建设取得重要阶段性成果,航线网络框架基本形成,重点领域合作实现新突破,双方合作机制与合作重点逐步建立健全。到2025年,郑州-卢森堡"空中丝绸之路"与郑州航空港实验区同步全面建成,郑州、卢森堡将成为亚太和欧美物流集散分拨的重要基地,在支撑国家"一带一路"建设中发挥更加重要的作用。卢森堡货航及合资货航公司的航空货运量将超过100万吨,郑州-卢森堡"空中丝绸之路"将成为引领中部、服务全国、连通欧亚、辐射全球的空中经济文化走廊,在"一带一路"建设中将形成更大的国际影响力。以"丝绸之路"建设推动地处内陆的河南省开放型经济加快发展,河南在全国发展大局中的战略地位将进一步提升,由国际航空枢纽建设推动内陆开放高地建设成效将进一步彰显,通过中原大地实践破解区域发展不平衡不充分难题的区域发展理论也将更加成熟。
In June 2017, President Xi Jinping met with visiting Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel, and said that the two countries should deepen cooperation within the framework of building the Belt and Road. Up to now, smooth progress has been made for Zhengzhou - Luxemburg Silk Road in the air. The freight volume has been increasing rapidly, which catches much of the global attention, and makes ＂ Zhengzhou price＂ influential in the European air economic corridor market. According to the State Civil Aviation Administration of China and Henan Government, by 2020 Zhengzhou - Luxemburg Silk Road in the air will achieve the basic framework of the airline network, and make new breakthroughs in key alias of cooperation and cooperation mechanisms. By 2025, Zhengzhou - Luxemburg Silk Road in the air will be completed in alignment with the Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, becoming an important distribution base for Asia, Europe and the United States. It will be an air economic and cultural corridor, connecting Henan and Eurasia, even the globe. Such a development will promote the economic development of the inland province, and thus having greater international influence. Henang strategic position in national development will be further enhanced. Also Henan will demonstrate the practice of the construction of inland open highlands through international aviation hub, and the solution to the problem of unbalanced and inadequate regional development.
