乡村振兴战略背景下产业兴旺问题研究

RESEARCH ON THRIVING BUSINESSES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE STRATEGY OF RURAL VITALIZATION

实施乡村振兴战略是化解人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间矛盾的重要举措。乡村振兴战略总要求中将产业兴旺摆在首要地位,产业兴旺是推动传统农业转型升级、实现农业现代化的关键所在。当前乡村产业存在农业竞争力不足,农村一、二、三产业融合不理想,质量兴农任重道远,现代农业三大体系不健全等问题,严重阻碍了乡村产业的发展。振兴乡村产业需要在相关顶层设计、产业兴旺服务体系、产业兴旺政策支持体系、相关制度改革等方面发力,真正推动农村产业兴旺,带动乡村实现全面振兴。

The strategy of rural vitalization is a key measure to address the contradiction between unbalanced and inadequate development and the peopleg ever - growing needs for a better life. The primary requirement of the strategy is to build rural areas with thriving businesses, for which is the key to transfoure and upgrade traditional agriculture into modernized one. However, there are many problems in the cmwent rural businesses, which seriously hinders the development of rural industries, for instance, the lack of competitiveness, inade- quate integration among the primary, secondary and tertiary industries, quality problem of agricultural products and imperfect systems of modern agriculture. Therefore it is necessaru to exert efforts in the top - level design, industrial service system and policy supporting system, and also institutional refoures, so as to truly promote thriving businesses in the rural alias and achieve rural vitalization in an all -around way.
